Jyothindran was born and brought up in Kallekulangara, Palakkad, Kerala, India.

After retirement from active work in 2014, he settled down in Austin, Texas USA along with his family. SIGHT was born out of his instinct and passion for spiritual learning for decades.

SIGHT is a unique frame work for data-warehousing all scriptures of every religion in a structured way. It provides a cross platform and a road map like query engine, unlike other generic search engines google or yahoo. Google / Yahoo floods the user thousands of pages of links without much user-friendly structured search facilities against the subject matter concerned. In a few words, it is a cross-reference platform of Spiritual Information that provides material on any religion in this world, by definition, sects, beliefs and perspectives.

As the owner and founder of MONIST, USA SIGHT has been growing with the help and advice of many Mr. Madathil’s well-wishers under the BLESSINGS of HIM.

Mr. Madathil embraces all religious thoughts in line with the Indus Valley tradition that interested many outsiders. In person, he follows the Sanatana Dharma – the Hindu Dharma.

He was influenced by many religious thoughts of Hinduism – Dualism, Qualified Dualism and Advaita (Monism). Of late, he studies Adi Shankaracharya’s Advaita more and has been a follower of Swami Paramartananda, Vedanta Vidyarthi Sangha, Chennai, India.

BUT his brotherhood (current close friendships) has been not limited to Hindus (Sikhs, Budhists, Jains included); but Muslims and Christians as well. He regards all religious thoughts as he believes that “paths are many; but the goal is the ULTIMATE TRUTH”.

Jyothindran Madathil holds MS (Statistics), Certifications from IIT New Delhi in Information Processing, PMP – Project Management Personnel from Project Management Institute, USA & CBAP – Certified Business Analysis Personnel - Certifications.

He has more than four decades of experience in the field of Business/Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Applications in ever- changing different platforms in various executive and managerial capacities culminating as senior IT Project Manager/Leader at NPCC, Abu Dhabi (a multibillion-dollar turnover international petroleum construction company).

Mr. M Narendran was born and brought up in the vicinity of Kallekulangara Emoor Bhagavati Temple, Palakkad, Kerala, India.

He has been a trustee with Sivananda Religious and Charitable Trust and Sivananda Educational and Charitable Trust connected with Sivananda Ashramam, Palakkad founded by H.H. Swami Jnanananda Saraswathi, ever since his retirement almost a decade back. He was brought up in a relatively pious background and introduced to Adhyatma Ramayanam & Srimad Bhagavatam in Malayalam by his grand-uncle and Bhagavat Gita by Swami Chinmayananda who happened to visit Palakkad in the fifties. An ardent Bhakti Margi, he spends hours chanting, reading and reciting Srimad Bhagavatam and other scriptures. He also participates as Pouranika in various Saptaham like activities. He has been a strong believer and finds “Unity in Diversity” in this universe. He has a good knowledge of the Bible, Holy Quran and scriptures of other religions and has been convinced with “Revelation of the SINGLE AND UNIQUE TRUTH”, in all universal scriptures.

Three to four decades before his retirement, he had served reputed Engineering Consultancy and Construction companies and Oil & Gas Processing companies engaged in multi-billion US$ projects, in executive positions in their Purchasing, Expediting and Material Inspection Departments. To name a few of the companies he served are Engineers India Limited, Humphreys & Glasgow, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC), Abu Dhabi and Brown and Root Inc. (India).

Incidentally when Mr. Jyothindran Madathil, the founder and owner of MONIST, USA, who is his direct brother, sought his help to work as Chief Editor of SIGHT under MONIST, he accepted the offer. Despite his health little bit fading due to old age, he is full in spirits and devotion and is willing to impart spiritual Information to any one and render help to any spiritual/devotional projects. According to him, SIGHT is just a guide and a tool to access conveniently information on spiritual matters. SIGHT is a collection of information and nothing contained herein is the view of the Editorial Board under him. Also, SIGHT is just a guide to lead the aspirant of any spiritual information as to where he/she MAY find the information sought.

Mohan Chettoor has been an ardent admirer of the rich Sanskrit language and its heritage from his school days.

He studied at reputed institutions like Govt Victoria College, Palakkad and NSS College, Ottappalam, Kerala, India.

He served with Indian Railways as Station Master at various places and is now retired. After his retirement in 2014, he wanted to nourish his passion for Sanskrit language, its literature, philosophical texts.

He was introduced to SIGHT team by destiny and has been a good source for never-ending Knowledge” and contributor for SIGHT of world scriptures especially the contributions in Sanskrit Language.

Mr. Mohan is having a passion and flair for literary activities, including writing poetry both in Malayalam and English. He pursues blog/content writing in Sanskrit, Malayalam and English.

He has translated Sriramodantham, Pindopanishad and Chaakshushopanishad (all in Sanskrit) into Malayalam (available under this site against respective scripture names).

Ms. Janaki Vijayan, wife of Pudumanassery Pisharath Vijayan, has been a humble home-maker totally devoted to the LORD. She is the proud mother of a son and daughter well educated and well settled.

She has been residing in the neighborhood of Sivananda Ashram, Palakkad for decades and has been visiting and volunteering the Ashram almost every day to encourage and promote spiritual activities.

Ms. Janaki was interested in helping to develop SIGHT by assisting the Chief Editor (CE), Mr. Narendran, in proof reading Srimad Bhagawatam (18,000 Sanskrit verses).

Her contribution can be seen under Srimad Bhagawatam commentaries transcribed by Chief Editor, Mr. Narendran Madathil.

Ms. Janaki continually provides her great contributions to the progress of SIGHT.

Dr. Viswanath Kurup grew up near Pandalam, Ayyappa's own land. Attended Kerala, Poona and Delhi Universities. After a short career at the Medical college, Trivandrum, Dr. Kurup moved to United States. Spent few years in Ohio State University before moving to Medical College of Wisconsin and the V.A. Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After 35 years of teaching and research in allergy and Immunology, retired in 2007. Still continuing as Professor Emeritus. Trained many students from all over the world. Traveled to many countries and worked as visiting professor in a number of Universities and presented research findings at conferences. Served in various organizations, National and International. Published 3 Books, contributed chapters to over 30 books and published over 350 research publications. Served as research preceptor for number of MDs and PhDs all over the world.

He had the first opportunity to meet Swami Ranganathananda in the early 1960s while working in the Medical college, Trivandrum. Ever since, he has had the opportunity to meet and hear the presentations of Swami Chinmayananda and other great Swamis. He has been a participant in the activities of Ramakrishna Mission, Chinmaya Mission, Arshavidya Bhavan, Amrithanandamayi Centers and many others. He has had the opportunity to travel through sacred places in India and particularly in the Himalayas. These journeys gave him an opportunity to visit a number Ashramas, holy places and temples in India. He was also blessed with the pilgrimage to Kailas, Manasasarovar and Mukthinath. He has also visited various temples in Bali, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar and Vietnam.

Prof. Balakrishnan Nair, who translated all the vedantic texts into Malayalam from their originals was a great spiritual and influential source in Dr. Kurup’s life. He was one of Dr. Kurup’s Gurus and through the advice of Prof. Nair, Dr. Kurup started translating Harinamakirthanam and Jnanappaana into English. There are a lot more people who influenced Dr. Kurup in his life, his parents, brothers and of particular mention is Dr. Raman who left his body recently and whose spirit is still showing the path for Dr. Kurup and many others. Dr. Kurup reverently remembers all the great souls who guided him all the times and accords his salutations to them.

Dr. Viswanathan Niranjan is a physician-scientist who founded and serves as CEO of RxMD, a niche drug development consulting company in Chennai, India.

Dr. Niranjan is American Board certified in pediatrics and pediatric critical care. Additionally, Dr. Niranjan received post- doctoral training in molecular biology at the prestigious Howard Hughes Medical Institute in Dallas, Texas, USA, and trained at the distinguished Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. For close to two decades, he has been a highly sought-after consultant to the biopharma sector.

Other than new drug development, Dr. Niranjan’s abiding passion is Advaita Vedanta, having been a student of Swami Parmarthananda for many years now. Listening to Swamiji’s lectures, which he strives never to miss amidst the demands of his personal and professional lives, is among his few pleasures. Dr. Niranjan enjoys devouring books on Vedanta, vibrant stimulating discussions on the topic, and encouraging those intrigued by the philosophy and keen on knowing more.

It has been a Blessing for SIGHT team to get Dr. Niranjan as one of its Consultant/Advisory Board Member.

Mr. Madathil the owner and founder of SIGHT keeps close regular contact with Dr. Niranjan.
